Work with us

Talks - Thematic evenings - Creative workshops

At LEDA.collective, we regularly co-organize or are present at talks, thematic evenings, and creative workshops focused on awareness, harm reduction, and safety.

These events provide a platform for conversations and interactions on important topics such as boundary-crossing behavior, consent, and how we can create a safe(r) (nightlife) culture.

Workshop mapping 2025

We also collaborate with artists, activists, and professionals from diverse fields to offer tools, perspectives, and practices that empower communities. Through these gatherings, we aim not only to raise awareness but to actively shape environments where care, inclusivity, and respect can thrive — both inside and beyond nightlife.

What do we offer?

We offer a range of training and workshop formats focused on transgressive behavior, tailored to different needs, contexts, and settings.

Training formats

  • 30 minutes — Introduction to transgressive behavior (theory)
  • 1 hour — Introduction to transgressive behavior and prevention tips (theory + practical tools)
  • 2 hours or more — In-depth training on transgressive behavior and creating safe(r) environments (theory + extended practical work)

Policy & coaching

Our trainings can be combined with policy coaching, and we also offer workshops focused on developing or strengthening policies related to safe(r) spaces and transgressive behavior.

How does it work?

We always start with a free intake conversation, online or on-site, to understand your needs, context, and team dynamics.
From there, we design a flexible, hands-on training that combines knowledge, reflection, and concrete action steps.

Our approach is:

  • Collaborative – all formats can be customized based on your needs and are applicable across different settings (e.g. nightlife, events, organizations, educational or cultural spaces).
  • Practical & sustainable – participants leave with tools they can apply immediately.
  • Inclusive by design – every training models the values of safety, care, and accessibility we stand for.

Pricing and practical info

We offer reduced rates for non-profit, youth, or grassroots organizations, and can discuss partnership pricing for recurring collaborations.

All sessions can be held in English, Dutch, or bilingual format, and we’re available for both on-site and online formats.
